Dietmar P. Binkowska leaves supervisory board due to new responsibilities

As of 6 January 2013 supervisory board member of Ströer AG Dietmar P. Binkowska has resigned from his supervisory board mandate. The reason is the accession of new functions: Among other things the chairman of the board of NRW.BANK, business development bank of North Rhine-Westphalia, has been appointed vice president of EAPB. EAPB bundles the interests of the public banking sector on the European level.

Mr. Binkowska has been a member of Ströer’s supervisory board since November 2008.
