New management team in the field of dialogue marketing

Uwe Lamnek takes over the role of CEO at Ströer X and expands the management team

Ströer X is responding to the development and growth of recent years and is starting to expand its management team. Uwe Lamnek, previously COO & CTO at dialogue marketing specialist Ströer X, is the new CEO. He succeeds Konstantin Wolff. The new management team is completed by Narges Hekmat (COO), Dirk Scholand (CSO) and Sven Beiling (CDO).

“The German market for dialogue marketing services is diverse, but has also been undergoing ongoing consolidation for years. On top of this comes the increasing complexity of customer service, which has increased significantly with digitalisation. With Uwe Lamnek in his new role as CEO and his new management team, we have all the expertise we need to lead Ströer X successfully and in the best possible way under these circumstances. I would like to thank Konstantin Wolff, who has shaped Ströer X and made it the strong player we are today,” says Christian Schmalzl, Co-CEO of the Ströer Group.

“Continuously increasing demands have not made the environment any easier in recent years. As Ströer X, we are uniquely positioned in this environment and our customer-centred strategy enables us to align our products and services accordingly and to exploit opportunities. The move to expand the management team is a powerful sign of our determination to further expand our innovation leadership,” says CEO Uwe Lamnek.

As a provider of dialogue marketing, Ströer X helps its partners – in addition to providing services through customer advisors, for example – to optimally manage the ever-increasing complexity. Narges Hekmat, in her new role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), is focussing on the daily operational processes at the locations in Germany and abroad and is also responsible for operational quality and continuity management. Hekmat has been working in the industry since 2006. She started at Avedo in Cologne in 2014 as a site manager and managing director, and was later also responsible for the Ströer X Sales accounts.

Dirk Scholand has 30 years of experience in the operational and strategic management of international companies in the field of customer engagement. He is now focussing on the sales activities of Ströer X in his role as Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

Sven Beiling is moving from junokai GmbH to Ströer X. In his new role as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Sven Beiling will focus on the expansion of digital products and solutions (DP&L) at Ströer X with the aim of further increasing customer interaction. The focus is on AI-supported solutions that are deeply integrated along the customer lifecycle and the respective phases of a customer interaction.

Ströer X is part of the Ströer Group and specialises in services in the areas of contact centres, high-performance field service, individual live chat and bot technologies and conversational AI. Ströer X has over 40 years of experience in dialogue marketing, over 20 contact centres and 300 sales locations and over 4,500 customer advisors and 2,500 sales representatives in Germany and Europe. Every industry has its own challenges, and Ströer X’s internal industry experts have the extensive expertise and knowledge of current trends to offer partners a customised solution. Even though Ströer X is active across all industries, its main focus is on telecommunications, e-commerce and energy.

A year ago, Ströer X took a decisive step for the development of the energy market: the founding of the Energy Competence Centre, with around 600 employees who work exclusively on topics relating to energy. With an integrated approach that combines technology, expertise and customer-oriented solutions, Ströer X can meet the special challenges of the German energy market.

The integration of additional locations is on the agenda, as is the expansion of further competence centres.
