Press release
t-online, the news portal with the widest reach in Germany, is launching its own job board on 10 March 2025. t-online.jobs supports companies and recruiters in the ever more difficult search for personnel at a time when skilled workers are in increasingly short supply.
The t-online job board benefits from the enormous reach of the news portal, which reaches 30 million users every month. It therefore exceeds the reach of the usual online job portals. A team of HR and media experts at t-online helps companies to optimise the presentation of their job adverts and advises them on how to achieve the best possible digital reach. The experts are on hand to answer any questions relating to job adverts. Another advantage is the demographic diversity of the t-online readership, which makes it possible to place job offers for all occupational groups, different professional backgrounds and all sectors effectively.
“With t-online.jobs, we are creating a platform that brings together employers and employees throughout Germany,” explains Marc Schmitz, Managing Director of the Ströer Content Group. “We are combining the strengths and reach of t-online with Ströer’s public video network to meet the challenges of the labour market and are offering a solution that goes far beyond the possibilities of traditional job portals.”
t-online.jobs is part of the strategic development of t-online as a leading digital medium. In the future, the job adverts will also be displayed via Ströer's public video network (DOOH) to further increase the reach and visibility of the job vacancies. The relevance of a job advert in the target group can be increased with additional purposeful regional targeting via public videos. The combination of digital news portal, job board and digital out-of-home media creates a unique ecosystem for employers and job seekers.
