Whether you are a private individual with a property or a business person with one or more locations: It is normally possible to achieve a three to four-digit rental income per year in many cases.

It is even possible to erect our premium digital advertising space on land next to busy roads and at junctions and traffic intersections.
Since advertising space is considered a permanent facility and is visible in public areas, official authorisation is required as a general rule.
We will check for you whether advertising space on your property requires authorisation. As your contract partner, we take care of the planning application and the necessary formalities.
Our specialists take care of the on-site erection of the advertising space on your house wall or on your property. After receipt of the planning permission, we will agree the erection date with you. You do not incur any costs, all the erection work is done at our expense. You will receive your rent from the time at which the advertising space is erected.
